Judgment of Court
The Court shall deliver its judgment in terms of section 293 in the open Court and the same shall be signed by the presiding officer of the Court.

निर्णय खुल्या न्यायालयात जाहीर करण्याची सक्ती — खाजगीत नव्हे — केल्याने, वाटाघाटीवर आधारित न्यायप्रक्रिया पारदर्शक आणि सार्वजनिकपणे जबाबदेह राहते, जरी प्रत्यक्ष वाटाघाटी मात्र बंद दरवाज्यांआड होत असल्या तरी.
