धारा 451
repealedHouse-trespass in order to commit offence punishable with imprisonment
Whoever commits house-trespass in order to the committing of any offence punishable with imprisonment, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years, and shall also be liable to fine;

यह ‘उद्देश्य-सम्बद्ध अनधिकार प्रवेश’ अपराधों का सामान्य, समाहित (कैच-ऑल) रूप है: जब भी गृह-अनधिकार प्रवेश किसी ऐसे अन्य अपराध को करने के साधन के रूप में किया जाए जो कारावास तक ले जा सकता है (पर ऊपर दी गई अधिक कठोर धाराओं में विशेष रूप से शामिल नहीं है), तो यह धारा लागू होती है। यह सुनिश्चित करती है कि किसी के घर में किसी भी कारावास-योग्य अपराध के लिए घुसना, केवल अनधिकार प्रवेश की तुलना में अधिक गंभीर माना जाए।
