Cancellation & Refund Policy

Digital delivery — nothing is shipped

Samvidhan is a digital service. Reading the law is free and available immediately, with no account. When you subscribe to a paid plan (Prep Plus or the developer API), access is granted instantly on successful payment — there is no physical product and nothing is shipped or couriered. If access does not unlock within a few minutes of a successful payment, contact support and we will fix it or refund the charge.

Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription any time from your account page. On cancellation, your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and the plan does not renew after that. Cancelling is immediate and needs no approval from us.

Refunds

Because access is granted immediately and used continuously, we do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial billing periods once a period has started. We will, however, issue a refund where a charge was clearly in error — a duplicate charge, a charge after a confirmed cancellation, or a payment that succeeded but never unlocked access. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.

How to request

Email support@samvidhan.co.in with your account email and the payment reference. We acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 15 days. For anything unresolved, see the Grievance Officer in our Privacy Policy.
